Can I try camp before I join?

Absolutely! Fill out the form here and choose the day you want to try camp. We recommend bringing a friend for support. The best part is it's free!

What do I need to bring to camp?

A good attitude! A good pair of running or athletic shoes! An exercise mat and a pair of 8- 5lb dumb bells. Lots of water too!

Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!

What kinds of people go to camp?

They are people just like you. They range in age from 15 - 65+. Some have never exercised, and some are competitive runners looking to train for the next race.  Some have over 100 pounds to lose, and some need to gain weight.  Some have had surgeries, injuries or recent multiple births. Some have husbands overseas, some have eating disorders, some have children with special needs waiting for them at home. They are a group of women who want something better for themselves. They want results, they want to feel great, they want to reclaim their energy, feel attractive and be the very best they can be.  These women are looking to jump start their fitness and get fast results. They are determined and committed and many admit they were scared to sign up and get started, but later were SO glad they did!Boot Campers

Is there a refund policy?

We do not give out refunds. Boot Camp membership is similiar to a gym membership, no credits or refunds given for not attending.

What are the terms for the 6 month and 12 month memberships?

These memberships work similarly to a gym membership. If you have a medical reason (with a supporting doctor's note) for not participating you will be expected to pay the difference of the "month to month" membership  and your 6 or 12 month membership. ex. $159-$117 = $42 x (#of months of participation)

What is a typical day like at camp?

That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running/jogging, weight training, obstacle courses, core training, stretching, functional training and jumping rope each week. Pilates-like and yoga-like exercises will also be included for a very well-rounded workout! On special days, you will go hiking or participate in a PAR (Parks and Recreation) Day. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability."

How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. You will feel less bloated and more energetic in the first week. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level and complimenting your workouts with healthful eating. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dress sizes within 4-6 weeks if you follow our nutrition reccomendations.  Remember, everyone is different!

Do you have a nutrition plan that you recommend?

Yes, when you register you will receive a boot camp success manual & recipe book.
